Holiday Opening Hours
Dear Patients,
Please note our adjusted opening hours over the holiday period.
We will be closed from Wednesday, December 24th to Sunday, January 4th.
During this time we will open for 3 day on the 27th, 30th of December & 2nd of January.
Aside from these dates, we will be operating regular hours as indicated on the website.
Please discuss required scripts and referrals during consultation with your doctor prior to closure.

Consultation Fees
All standard consultations (both in-person and telehealth) incur a fee. Please note this fee does not automatically cover follow-up appointments for reviewing results or managing related concerns. A separate fee’s may apply for each consultation with your doctor. Walk-in appointments are welcomed subject to availability. If your standard consultation exceeds 15 minutes, it may be billed as a long consultation. The clinic follows a standard pricing structure; however if applicable, additional fee’s will be communicated to you in advance.
Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
Patients will receive a warning for their first missed appointment. A $30 fee applies for the second and any subsequent missed appointments. There is no fee for cancellations.
